They call me Pie Scotty because I love to bake pies. I've been in the restaurant industry my entire life and Pie has been my hobby that entire time. I opened a Pie Bakery in Katy TX in 2016 and we had an incredible 8 years. I closed the shop in 2024 and started teaching High School Culinary Arts.
How do Guitars get into my story? I started taking guitars apart and seeing how they worked when I was a teen. I've always loved guitars and how they have become art over the years. Over the past seven years or so I started to get back into guitars and taking lessons (I'm a horrible guitarist). I also started a non profit dedicated to getting custom guitars signed by industry artists and given to small Texas charities so they can auction them off. I have guitars signed by all different types of music artists and even a few sports superstars. Now after working for years developing my skill with nitro paint finishes, premium guitar hardware and electronics, and my attention to detail on fretboard finish I am starting to create custom relic guitars. Thank you for checking out my page.

Proceeds from the sales of Pieman Guitars go to fund the competition entry fees, uniforms, equipment, and travel expenses for my High School Culinary Arts Club. Our high school is a title one school with 80% of our student families living under the poverty level.
